Peach ’n’ Plum Smoothies

Make these smoothies with fresh fruits when you find them in season, or switch to frozen varieties the rest of the year. A dash of spice makes them sing.

Makes 2 (1 1/4-cup) servings

Ingredients
1/2 cup diced fresh peaches (washed but not peeled) or frozen sliced peaches
1/2 cup fresh diced plums (washed but not peeled)
2 (6-ounce) containers vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger or cinnamon

Directions

  1. In the blender, combine ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
