Cinnamon-Sugar Waffle Crisps

Kids love anything they can dip! This sweet snack is super-easy to make -- plus, the yogurt adds a healthy twist.
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
1 tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 whole-grain or regular frozen waffles
2 teaspoons vegetable oil or melted butter
Fruit yogurt, any flavor
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 F. In a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon.
- Cut each waffle into about six strips. Dip each strip in oil or butter, then dip it in the sugar mixture.
- Place strips on a baking sheet, leaving some room between them, and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until crisp.
- Serve with fruit yogurt for dipping.
