Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 whole-grain or regular frozen waffles
2 teaspoons vegetable oil or melted butter
Fruit yogurt, any flavor

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. In a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Cut each waffle into about six strips. Dip each strip in oil or butter, then dip it in the sugar mixture.
