Watermelon Fizz

This super refresher is perfect for recharging batteries on a steamy summer afternoon. Plus, it’s fun to make too!

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
3 cups diced chilled watermelon, large seeds removed
3/4 cup frozen limeade or lemonade concentrate
1 1/2 cups seltzer

Directions
1. Combine watermelon and limeade or lemonade concentrate in blender. Blend until pureed, stopping blender periodically and pushing fruit down with a wooden spoon as needed.

2. Pour into pitcher (through strainer if desired) and add seltzer and ice.
